Internship Learning

I largely enjoyed working in a dynamic, fun, open and caring team, this is what made this experience so good. Other things I really appreciated were learning to work independently, being responsible for my own projects and learn a lot!

• Working with multiple stakeholders and embracing new dynamics

• The YSB and its management

• Using new instruments and fitting in Danone framework

• Want to learn: public speaking and exposure + new forms of engagement

​I learned a lot in the past months,
my main learning were:

• + Importance and clarity of feedback and in general support and recognition of efforts

• - Organizational complexity

• + Kindness and openess of people to interact, teach, support

• I did expect everyone to be overworked!!!

Some positive and negative surprises:

Thank you all for the support, I am starting this new adventure with you with a luggage full of tools and with a lot of energy to continue this experience.
I hope in the next six months I will be able to apply all my learning and be of support and help to this team to further spread sustainability and make it everyone's responsibility!
