•Confidentiality of material

•Need for original work or copies

•The security, presentation and physical condition of the documents

•Policies and procedures of your organisation

•Industry standards

Email structure:

•All emails should have a greeting, main points, and an ending/farewell

•An email may be formal or informal depending on the relationship of the writer and the recipient

•Don’t forget attachments! 

•Mark if the email is high importance

•Make sure the subject line is clear​
