Use BECAUSE to express a reason.

EXAMPLES:

You're studying English because you want to get your diploma.​

He's eating healthy because she wants to run a marathon.

She works hard because she wants to go on vacation.​

​PURPOSE

Use TO, IN ORDER TO, IN ORDER NOT TO, SO THAT to express WHY you do something.​

EXAMPLES:

I'm watching a movie to relax.​

They saved money in order to go on vacation.

She's studying in order not to fail the course.

You're learnig English so that you can speak the language.​
