Location of industries

Two friends, Marisa and Mugila, are planning to invest in Iron and steel manufacturing industry. Their common friend, Roshan, operates a cotton textile unit in Mumbai. So they decided to start their industrial unit in the same area where his factory is located thinking that Roshan will help them, as his manufacturing unit is already well established. But when they discussed with Roshan, he told them that it is a bad idea. They should look for another place to open their manufacturing unit. Why do you think Roshan said so?
