Wat is het verschil tussen reumatoïde artritis (RA) en artrose? Noem het verschil in oorzaak en in klachten.

Oorzaak:
RA = het afweersysteem valt het gewricht aan → ontsteking.
Artrose = slijtage van het kraakbeen in het gewricht → ouderdom of overbelasting.
Klachten:
•RA: vaak in beide handen/polsen, ’s ochtends langer dan 1 uur stijf, ook moeheid en soms afvallen.
Artrose: vaak in knieën/heupen, stijfheid korter (< 30 min), pijn vooral bij bewegen, géén moeheid.
