ROUND TO THE NEAREST HUNDRED
The TARGET or FOCUS number is the 2 (in the HUNDREDS place)
Look at the digit to the RIGHT of the TARGET number (it's a 5 so the TARGET NUMBER INCREASES BY 1)
Keep the digits to the LEFT of the target number the same. Change all the digits to the RIGHT of the target number to zero
