What is revising?
Revising is when you change the STRUCTURE of a sentence to make sure it is CLEAR and DETAILED. You do not want your sentences to have UNNECESSARY information. You also do not want the main idea of your sentences to be CONFUSING to the reader. When you REVISE you make CHANGES to your sentences to help with this!

How do I start revising?
"Having changed over time, there are still more changes to utensils to meet modern needs."
Verb: Changed, changes
Verb tense: past, future
Identify the VERB of the sentence and the VERB TENSE (What is the subject doing? Are they doing it in the past present or future?)
"Having changed over time, there are still more changes to utensils to meet modern needs."
Subject: Utensils
Identify the SUBJECT of the sentence (Who or what is the sentence talking about?)

How do I start revising?
Original Sentence: "Having changed over time, there are still more changes to utensils to meet modern needs."
Revised Sentence: Utensils have changed over time and are still changing to meet modern needs.
REWRITE the sentence with a clear subject, verb and verb tense.
"Having changed over time, there are still more changes to utensils to meet modern needs."
Unnecessary Words: More
DELETE any unnecessary words. (Are there any extra prepositions, adjectives or general words?)
