​Cell Theory States

All Cells come from pre-existing cells

All Living things are made up of 1 or more cells

Cells are the basic unit of life

​It all starts with DNA!

It is the universal language and it is the blueprint of all living things.

It is a type of NUCLEIC ACID and it is housed in the Nucleus of Eukaryotic cells.

DNA can coil up and become something known as CHROMOSOMES, Chromatin!

Chromosome Structure

Humans have 46 Chromosomes in total

Chromosomes are inside of all Cells, because DNA IS IN ALL LIVING THINGS.

DNA/Chromosomes must be able to equally divide inside of the Cell cycle to make cells in the body
