Converting Fractions to Percents
When converting fractions to percents, we have three levels of problems.
Level 1: If the denominator is already 100, simply put a % after the numerator
Level 2: Sometimes the denominator can be multiplied or divided to become 100. Whatever you do to the top must be done to the bottom.
Level 3: When the denominator cannot be multiplied or divided to become 100, we must divide up. Horse and rider.
