There are 2 main training frameworks in NCC:

Every activity planned should bear these frameworks in mind to ensure alignment with NCC training objectives.

USM overall in charge to ensure timely submission to teachers

3. PCs, LOG, UDI, PTI to contribute with feedback / suggestions / ideas

1. Muster Parade (1430 - 1500)
2. Session 1 (1500 - 1550)
3. Session 2 (1600 - 1650)
4. Last Parade (1650 - 1700)
Dismissal of JCs and SCs at 5pm sharp
1700 - 1715: CLs Debrief / Reflection

Considerations:
1. Tuesday is PT attire
2. Thursday is Full Uniform
3. Be prepared with wet weather programmes
Ensure a variety of activities in the week to prevent cadet boredom / burnout.
Be creative with activities, but keep to the NCC framework.

Committed Heart: Bonding Games, leadership games
Refer to handouts for compulsory knowledge for cadet proficiency

Cadet Safety
Cadet safety and welfare is the most important aspect to take care of when planning or conducting NCC training.
Cadets should leave NCC in good spirits and without injury.
All injury or incidents MUST be reported to the teachers ASAP.
