Questions 1, 2 and 4 are examples of a Statistical Question.
Statistics is the collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and organization of measurable data.
A Statistical Question is a type of question that can be used to collect and analyze that data.

What makes a question statistical?
Has a variety of answers
Gives data that can be measured and analyzed
Example: How would you rate the Math State Test?
