1. Import - transfer images from card to our local computer

2. Back up files to secondary drive

3. Name files (with SRP file naming convention)

4. Pick the images we want to show as proofs

5. Adjust file for exposure or other settings we didn't get perfect in camera

6. Auto Retouch We use the enhanced portrait setting to slightly soften skin & sharpen eyes.

7. Export as jpgs

Lightroom - Functions

1. Event Number - when we enter a new event into EZGo, it assigns a unique event number. The event numbers are shared accross the entire franchise.

2. Unique File Names. EZGo requires that all file names be unique. So if we follow the following naming convention, no 2 files will have the same name.

3. We name files with the following information:

   • EventNo, Day of Week, Photographer Initial, _ , 4 digit sequence

   • for example: 3465MS_1000
