Consider multiple ways to correctly calculate!
Scenario:
"A one-night stay at a hotel in Anaheim, CA costs $160. Hotel room occupancy tax is 15%. What is the total cost of a one-night stay?
You can either multiply the cost of the room by 0.15, then add the tax to the cost of the room (expression 1) , or you can recognize total is 115% of the room cost because 100% of the room cost +15% for tax is 115% (expression 2).
Both ways will result in the correct calculation/answer!
