A laptop computer has a ‘Battery low’ indicator that starts flashing red when the battery power falls below 20%, but only if the laptop is not charging.
Battery below 20% | Charging | Battery low flashing red |
|---|---|---|
True | True | False |
False | False | False |

Remember to use the Logic Operators to work this out. Example: The Battery is below 20% AND the battery is Charging. This would make the Battery low flashing red True.
21
Using the other logic operators.
The battery is NOT below 20% AND the battery is NOT charging. This means the battery low flashing red would be FALSE.
The battery is below 20% AND the battery is NOT charging. This means the battery low flashing red would be TRUE

What does the word artificial intelligence mean to you? Give examples of where you have seen the use of AI.
24
Artificial Intelligence is not about making machines that are smarter than humans.
Machines have to learn from instructions that are given to them to perform different tasks.
Machines will learn by being programmed.
A machine can only perform a task as good as the example it has been given in the first place.
They don't think for themselves.
