Hispanic Heritage Month

• United States honors the historical, social, political, economic, and cultural contributions that Hispanics have made to our country with a Hispanic Heritage Month. 

• The celebration runs from September 15th to October 15th.

• A person's ethnicity is the culture that they practice at home. The culture of their family.

• A person's nationality is the nation or country in which they are born.

• A person's race refers to shared physical traits.
