​Course Outcomes

​At the end of the course the student will be able to:

​

1.1 Copy document at the speed of 30 wpm in Bahasa Malaysia and 35 wpm in English with 3% errors allowed.

​

1.2 Use word processing software to produce mailable business documents from printed and manuscript form in English and Bahasa Malaysia with printer’s correction symbols.

​

1.3 Read the copied document accurately and produce business documents with good work habits.

​Course Description

​This course is a continuation of Document Processing I.

This course is designed to develop keyboarding speed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

It will strengthen student’s skill in the production of business documents by using word processing software.

Good work habits, problem-solving skills and proofreading skills will be emphasized.

​The development of speed for English and Malay passage will be conducted concurrent with below lesson:
