You always place the adjective before the noun: an impressive car NOT a car impressive.
The order of the adjectives is very important: Opinion (beautiful), size (little) age (young), color (brown) origin (Chinese).
When the adjective is followed by a verb, the verb always goes in TO infinitive. It is amusing to go on holidays in summer.
In many cases you can substitute the noun by ONE or ONES instead of repeating it. For instance: I lost my bag. It’s a big blue one.
