Google drive
Google drive allows a user to work from multiple locations with the same updated data anywhere in the world, as long as you have internet access. This connection can be made using any type of medium ie. fiber, wi-fi, satellite, telephone or ADSL.
The user MUST sign into Google using their own username (email) and password.
3
Automatic saves
Google Drive and Google apps (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets etc) remove the worry of losing documents by saving any and all changes to your documents on the fly. All you need to do, is to give the document you create a meaningful name, and all saving is taken care of.
There is no more trouble of losing a document because you didn't save.
4
How the computer saves
The computer checks the files name
If the file name is unique, it saves the file
If the file exists, it warns the user and lets you change the name or overwrite the existing file
You can also change the folder that the file will be saved in.
