What does PAX Quiet mean?
When you see someone hold up two fingers...
You stop what you are doing.
You also stop talking.
Raise your hand, showing everyone around you that it is time to be quiet.
Look at the adult to see what they want you to do.

A 3-inch voice means that you can whisper quietly. Quietly! Nobody but the person right next to you should be able to hear you. Not the person across the room. Not the person 5 desks away.
