Stress is becoming a part of our lives. We should be able to deal with this problem and not let it become a burden. There are a few ways to reduce stress

Firstly, you can listen to music. Next, you must have a hobby. Besides that, you can also talk to your friends.

Next, you can play games. Games like football and badminton can make you sweat and forget your problems. In addition, you can go for exercise. You should also get enough sleep.

Finally, you should eat healthy food. You can go for a holiday with your family or friends. You can talk to your school counsellor. Lastly, you should set realistic goals and expectations.
