Listening

Most listening comprehension questions are written in the same order as the information is spoken. However, this may not be true for items that ask about the identity of the speaker, such as The speaker is probably a …, or items for main idea, such as The best title for this talk is …. To answer these questions, you need to have heard the whole script. If you preview the questions before listening, it can help you understand which questions can be answered while you listen, and which you should answer after you listen.
