Time management is the managing of your time so that time is used to your advantage and it gives you a chance to spend your most valuable resource in the way you choose.

Time management is a skill that can be learned which involves techniques for prioritizing activities and using time effectively while eliminating disruptions and time wasters.

No one has total control over a daily schedule. Someone or something always will always make demands.

However everyone has some control and probably more than they realize.

The secret to effective time management lies in organizing and planning.

You Should will plan your week to harmonize with his or your requirements, goals, and interests.

6:30 -7:30 am Wake-up, wash up, get dressed, walk dog, get Baby ready for the day, drop daughter off at Sister's house (brings Jordan to School)

7:30-8:30 commute to work(most days train, some days drive in, about same commute)

8:30 am - 10 am Workout Lifting, boxing, etc.

10:00 - 11:00 Work (supervising, setting up PE/Health)

11:00 - 12:00 PM Lunch but also still working at the same time

12:00 - 1:00 pm Working on lesson plans and Putting together Practice for Basketball team

1:00 - 2:00 PM Teaching

2:00 - 3:00 PM Finish planning Bball Practice

3:00-3:30 PM Commuting to BBall Practice

3:30 - 6:30 Coaching

6:30 - 7:30 Commuting home

7:30 - 8:00 pm Washing up

8:00 - 9:00 pm Daddy Kid time/put them to bed

9:00 Dinner time/ Wife time/ Watch Tv

2:00 - 3:00 PM Finish planning Bball Practice

3:00-3:30 PM Commuting to BBall Practice

3:30 - 6:30 Coaching

6:30 - 7:30 Commuting home

7:30 - 8:00 pm Washing up

8:00 - 9:00 Daddy kid time/put them to bed

9:00 Dinner

9:00 - 11:00 tv time

If I'm not too tired I'll play some video games or watch a movie if I have the energy

Walk the dog, get ready for bed...

sleep between 5-6 hours of sleep depending if I pass out or have the energy to stay up

Rocks: Work 9 + Hrs, Family 3 + Hrs, self Care (sleep,hygiene,eating) 8 + Hours

Pebbles: Working out 1-2 hours

Sand: 1-2 Hours of watching tv/video games or wasted time somewhere
