Typical Expressions:

Last+ night/ Monday/week/month/year/summer

yesterday + morning/afternoon/evening

in 2020, 2019, 2018, etc

All subjects are used similarly in past

Affirmatives:

For regular verbs: Add -ed; I studied English; she talked with her friend; we used the computer etc

For irregular verbs, use their special form:

I came home late; I felt happy; I got 2 emails last night.

Last summer....
