*Is a verb conjugation tense used when some action is based upon some condition or somehow contingent on something else

*Translation of Conditional Tense is- WOULD

yo- ía nosotros- íamos

*NOTE- all of the í's have accent marks!!!!!! And yes you have seen these endings before! They are the endings from the er/ir Imperfect BUT we will do something different with these on the next slide!

Hablar- to speak/talk- would speak/would talk
