If time remains after your refutation and your team is speaking second, consider rebuilding your own case

Make extensions of your one or two most important case arguments

Further the debate on your opponent’s case

Do not introduce new arguments

Make voting issues

Respond to your opponents’ arguments against the arguments you extended

Re-extend those arguments -Emphasize why they mean you should win the round

Respond to your opponents’ main argument
