 Every country except three, including us, use the Metric System

Don't panic! Although the metric system is uncommon, it's quite easy to learn.

We will learn about centimeters, meters, and milimeters

Millimeter is the Metric version of the inch

You can even find the centimeter on your school ruler!

A staple from side to side

Is about a centimeter wide.

A fingernail on a girl or guy

Is about a centimeter high.

A marble in your hand

is about a Centimeter

a 12 inch ruler has 30 centimeters

Millimeter is the tiniest form of measurement in the metric system

A millimeter you can understand,

Is about as long as a grain of sand.

10 Millimeters = 1 Centimeter

A meter is about as far,

As the length of a guitar.

This is not the biggest form of measurement in the metric system.

100 Centimeters = 1 Meter

We have centimeters, millimeters, and meters
