With the churros it is important to mix dough into ball on stovetop first. Then make sure to only add one egg at a time until glossy and continue until you've got all eggs in. We will not drop churro directly into oil, we will put on deep fat fryer metal scoop and then set in. We need to make sure to use a STAR tip when cooking. What do you think is the most challenging part of making churros?
