When was computers invented?

The first mechanical computer, created by Charles Babbage in 1822, doesn't resemble what most would consider a computer today. Therefore, this page provides a listing of each of the computer firsts, starting with the Difference Engine and leading up to the computers we use today.

What are the parts on the Microsoft Windows?

We usually have Start button.
Then, we have "Icons," or apps.
On the display menu, or known as taskbar, we have the system tray and the search menu.
We have an action center that we can clear all notifications to prevent battery life; on laptops.
Lastly, we have DOCX, PPTX, and XLSX to make Documents, Pressentions, and Spreadsheets; or known as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

The Windows Desktop

The desktop has the Icons, Wallpaper, Start Button, Taskbar, Task View virtual desktop option, and the System Tray.
