We decide the quantifiers based on the noun, whether it is countable or uncountable noun.
Kita tentukan quantifier tu berdasarkan jumlah objek tu, sama ada boleh dikira atau tidak.

Examples of uncountable noun (benda yang tak boleh dikira):

So, there a quantifiers that can only be used for uncountable nouns, countable nouns and both.
