Write the original measurement as a fraction.  $\frac{50,400}{1}$   

Multiply by the first conversion factor  $\frac{50,400s}{1}\cdot\frac{1\min}{60s}$  

Multiply by the second conversion factor $\frac{50,400}{1}\cdot\frac{1\min}{60}\cdot\frac{1h}{60\min}$  

Simplify  $\frac{50,400h}{3600\min}=\frac{14h}{1\min}=14h$
