We use Too with adjectives and adverbs. For example:

He is too young to go to school.

It happened too quickly.

We use Too much with noncountable nouns. For example:

We have too much free time.

There is too much water in the bath.

We use Too many with countable nouns. For example:

It is bad to eat too many eggs.

My teacher always has too many things to do.

Enough comes after an adjective or before a noun:

adjective + enough

enough + noun

My handwriting is good enough.

His car isn’t fast enough.

We have enough food.

I don’t have enough money.
