any is for questions or negative sentences e.g. Have you got any butter? Sorry, I haven't got any butter.

we can use both some and any with countable and uncountable nouns

many is for countable nouns e.g. How many children do you have?

much is for uncountable nouns e.g. How much time do we have left?

you can use both in affirmative, negative and questions
