Grape Gatorade is the best way to keep you

hydrated when you’re outside exercising. Water is

good, too, but be sure to not drink soda as it can

make you even more thirsty. Don’t even bother with

the other flavors of Gatorade—they all taste like

medicine! Grape is most definitely the way to go.

Since he had recently moved from Arizona to
