G1
Synthesis (S)
G2

4
GO
This is the resting phase. Cells either stay here temporary or permanent.
Ex; A cell reaches the end stage of development and won't divide again
5
G1
Cell increase in size, produce RNA, and synthesize proteins. In its checkpoint, it makes sure everything is ready for DNA sythesis.
6
S
The DNA replication
7
G2
Between the S and M phase, the cell will continue growing and make proteins. This stage makes sure if the cell can enter mitosis.
