It has to be a FACT, not an opinion.

and that supports the claim.

STRONG EVIDENCE: A 2013 study published in the journal Current Biology found that action video games teach players how to focus their attention and read more rapidly.

The evidence is a fact (it can be checked and proven)

It is credible (it comes from a scientific journal and the reader can look up the evidence)

It supports the claim by giving an example of how video games help
