se usa para expresar el motivo por el que se hace algo o para expresar una justificación.

It is a shorter version of “in order to” and “so as.”

COMPARISON WITH as ..... as

As ... as es utilizado con adjetivos para indicar como dos cosas son similares o iguales.

JUST: ayuda a dar énfasis.

ALMOST: cuando son similares, pero no exactamente igual.

​El patrón más básico del comparativo de igualdad es:

AS + adj + AS

Y se traduce como: “tan + adjetivo + como.”

NOTA: Cuando usamos el comparativo de igualdad, el adjetivo no cambia de forma como lo hace con los otros grados de comparación​
