Prioritizing assignments

Wednesday (tomorrow) your assignment will be to complete entry #4 in your Distance Journal

Due Friday: Evidence that you are recording assignments either in the Digital Homework Tracker Google doc, or in an agenda book or app

If you choose to use an agenda book or app on your phone, you will need to send me a photo or screenshot of your list of assignments

It's important to have a system for deciding which assignments to do first

Good ways to prioritize are by: current grade in class, how long an assignment will take, how many points an assignment are worth, or how difficult a subject is for you

How soon is the assignment due?

Is the assignment already late or missing?

Do I think the assignment will take me a long time or a short time?

How many points is the assignment worth?

How am I currently doing in the class?

Is this a class that might relate to my future?

Do I need to pass this class for graduation credit?

1) Complete a priority matrix with upcoming assignments. You must turn in a copy of your priority matrix Thursday by 11:59 PM.

2) Continue filling in your Homework Tracking Google doc, which is due Friday!
