Debate Competition is part of the JCI Malaysia Constitution By Law

Speech Contest is a mandatory program of JCI Malaysia during Area Convention and National Convention

Area Team has all the authority and discretion to apply or suspend the rules mentioned in the Policy Manual

Only Area English Debate Champions - 3 debaters will be fully sponsored to attend National Convention

If today a contestant joins Debate and Public Speaking, the LO of the contestant will only be awarded the highest point of the two

Public Speaking Competition registration deadline is 1 day before the competition

Mandarin Oregon Debate Motion release 10 days before

Contestant dispute that the timer timing is wrong,

because he uses his own timing device is within time.

Session Chair should rule in favor of contestant.

There is a team wanted to last minute register for the competition even though past deadline.

When a team is contesting in the room. The other team's LO members can be present in the room.
