Ethics for Behavior Analysts

Being truthful is a value all behavior analysts should deliberately display in both their professional and personal lives.

Why should behavior analysts stay on top of research & read articles/listen to field related podcasts? What code, if any, speak to this?

Coercive control refers to a pattern of controlling behaviors that create an unequal power dynamic in a professional or even organizational relationship

Are behavior analysts charged with using only conceptually consistent, evidence-based methods? If so, state what code and why this is crucial? Why can't we use sensory integration, for example?

Knowing that they are not evidence-based, should BCBAs be implementing treatments such as Zones of Regulation, and Social Behavior Mapping as treatments for children with Autism? Address the codes & explain why or why not.

I am an RBT but currently in my third class for my BCaBA so I am following those experience standards.
