He was the student of Socrates and the teacher of Aristotle, and he wrote in the middle of the fourth century B.C.E. in ancient Greece. The theory of Forms or theory of Ideas is a philosophical theory, concept, or world-view, attributed to Plato, that the physical world is not as real or true as timeless, absolute, unchangeable ideas. According to this theory, ideas in this sense, often capitalized and translated as "Ideas" or "Forms", are the non-physical essences of all things, of which objects and matter in the physical world are merely imitations.

- Deductive reasoning is the process by which specific statement are analyzed to reach a conclusions or generalizations. Deductive reasoning moves from the general rule to the specific application: In deductive reasoning, if the original assertions are true, then the conclusion must also be true. For example, math is deductive:

If x = 4 And if y = 1 Then 2x + y = 9

In this example, it is a logical necessity that 2x + y equals 9; 2x + y must equal 9.

·         Reflection allows an individual to observe and realize one’s thoughts, views, and opinions.

·         It helps an individual to learn more about one’s life and experiences.

·         Reflection refers to giving a thought to your inner self.

·         Observation is observing other people or things and recognizing their journey and opinion.

·         Knowledge refers to information and skills that a person learns.

·         Hence, reflection is the only outcome needed for analyzing one's thoughts and knowledge.

REFLECTION requires a person to be willing to examine one's thoughts, feelings, and to learn more about one's life and experiences.

- Philosophy is a combination of two Greek words, philein Sophia, meaning lover of wisdom. In ancient times a lover of wisdom could be related to any area where intelligence was expressed.
