Latent heat is the heat that is used to change the temperature

Sensible heat is the heat that changes the temperature

You can compress a liquid

Refrigerant can only be superheated if it is on the high pressure side

Refrigerant coming into the evaporator will be subcooled and low pressure

Subcooled refrigerant is 100% liquid

The RMD has one function; it reduces the pressure of the refrigerant

It is desirable to have extremely high superheated vapour going into the compressor

Gauge pressure can only be measured at the saturation points

The gauge pressure in the condenser will always be higher than the gauge pressure in the evaporator
