Physical Education: Asynchronous Activity (February 9, 2022)

Simple body movements can be done in different directions.

Space is the area where you move.

Space has four levels.

When you are in a squat position or any position closer to the ground, you are at the low level.

When you are standing upright, you are at the high level.

When you are on tiptoe or you are jumping in the air, you are at the middle level.

An activity done in a low speed.

An activity done quickly or in a high speed.

An activity done with less energy and effort.

An activity that needs a lot of effort.
