Literature is a form of written/phonetic art.

Literature cannot be considered literature unless it is written.

There are 3 main genres of literature.

All forms of literature have the elements characters, plot, settings and themes

If it doesn't have a rhyme-scheme and a metric pattern, it is not a poem.
