Freedom of religion, speech, petition, assembly and press

the right to bear arms

the government can't quarter (let stay) soldiers in private homes

the right to not be searched or have property seized without a warrant

guarantees the right to a grand jury, forbids “double jeopardy” (tried for the same crime twice), and protects against self-incrimination

the right to a speedy and public trial

right to a trial by jury in criminal and civil cases

protection from cruel and unusual punishments for crimes

Citizens have other rights and freedoms not listed in the US Constitution

Anything that the Constitution doesn't say that Congress can do, is left up to the states and to the people.
