Lupad is seen when you raise your right arm and do a horizontal thumbs up. Rotate your hand and wrist for 4 Counts clockwise and another 4 Counts counter-clockwise.

Lupad - with your arms extended sideward at shoulder level, step your R(L) foot forward or sideward (Count 1). Then, step your L(R) close to R(L) (Count 2). Move your arms up and down together with your hands from the wrist to simulate the flapping of wings of birds like flying. (_ Measures)
