Breath. Inhale through you nose and exhale with your mouth. Do this 10 times. ( type OK when your done)

Do 10 jumping jacks. (Type Ok when your done)

Jug in place for 10 seconds. Type Ok when you are done.

Stand on 1 foot for a minute without falling down, and stand on the other foot for a minute. Type ok when you are done.

Listen to the music. Dance along until it stops. Type ok when you are done.

Walk around in a circle. Type Ok when your done

Close your eyes for ten seconds and open your eyes for 10 seconds. do this 10 times. type OK when your done.

Crawl on the floor a bit. type done when your done.
