Hello future Math Masters! Today, we're going on an adventure to explore the coolest part of shapes: Angles!
1. What is an Angle?
Imagine two lines starting from the exact same point and spreading out like the hands of a clock or the blades of a pair of scissors. The space between those lines is what we call an Angle.
An angle has three main parts:
Vertex: This is the starting point, the sharp corner where the two lines meet. (Think of it as the V of the angle.)
Arms (or Sides): These are the two straight lines that spread out from the vertex.

2. How Do We Measure Angles?
We use a special unit to measure angles, just like we use centimeters or inches to measure length.
This unit is called a Degree, and we write it with a little circle: o.
A full circle is 360 degree.
Angles are measured using a tool called a Protractor.
The bigger the spread between the two arms, the bigger the angle's degree measure will be!

3. The Four Super Types of Angles
All angles fit into special categories based on how big they are. We'll learn the four main types!
Type 1: The Right Angle 90 degree
Type 2: The Acute Angle (Less than 90 degree)
Type 3: The Obtuse Angle (More than 90 degree)
