Find the percent/Find the percent of a number

  • When a question asks you to FIND THE PERCENT, think about how you find a percent here at school when you get a paper back.

  • Remember the importance of the word "OF". It means multiply!

  • Also, remember you can DIVIDE if given the percent and the answer.
