ISO Compliance

• Please go to https://app.drata.com and login by entering your work email address. The online training should take under 20 minutes to complete. 

• Install the Drata agent on your company laptop. This app runs in the background with limited read-only access to check the following:

• A password manager is installed (You will need to download LastPass)

• The hard disk is encrypted

• The operating system is up-to-date

​Hello, We are so excited to have you join our very special team here at Quizizz.
We understand that the first few days at a new job can sometimes be a little overwhelming and that is why we have put together this little first-day guide. Please ensure the tasks listed here are completed by the end of the day, this will ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Once you are done with the above, make a quiz/lesson using this link (once you are done, make sure you ‘assign it as homework’). This is a great way for the rest of us to get to know you. You can refer to a sample quiz link (quizizz code - 1594 4356). Have fun with it! 

• Make sure to add a slide at the beginning of the quiz with your picture, name and designation :)

• It’s a great way to explore the platform (anything you did not like/loved - let us know)
  Once your quiz/lesson is ready to go, create a short blurb about yourself and share the quiz/lesson link and blurb on the welcome aboard email. 

HRIS Portal - GreytHR

• You’ll be added to the HR portal by the EOM next month, during payroll. You can access your greytHR then, using your employee ID - (ATQM___)

• (https://www.greythr.com/login/) This is the link to gretyHR.

• The portal to fill in your IT declarations and avail optional FBP plans will open on the 5th of next month.

Slack Channels

• #general - This channel is for team-wide important communication and announcements. You will find all the team members in this channel, along with new joiners introductions by their buddy. 

• #bugs-reporting  - If you have identified a definite bug that impacts the user experience, report it here.

• #product-development  - A channel to share suggestions or feedback received from the teacher/student that you think should be implemented on the product.

• #celebrations  - Here, we celebrate work anniversaries, birthdays and any other milestones of our peers, woop woop! Share your well wishes with the folks on this channel.

• #wiki  - Updates related to the Quizizz internal wiki, you can find the necessary documentation, all the company policies, organisation tree and related information here.

• #you_are_awesome  - If someone does something awesome, goes above and beyond and you wish you give them a shoutout, this is the channel. Let’s celebrate together! <3
