Water scarcity often happens because of extreme weather, that include:

• Heatwaves

• Changes in Rainfall patterns

Water scarcity affects everyone, but in different ways, while it may affect more low income population, it also affect people with piped water and healthier sources of water

WHO DOES IT AFFECT

Contrary to what you might think, there is no direct way of solving water scarcity, however, with enough support and planning from different organizations and groups, we can help improve the situation for certain groups of people.

How could we help solve water scarcity in Sub-Saharan Africa

It is important to raise awareness of this problem because we can help battle it and give hope to people who need it, we can do this with:

• Water conservation education

• Support and make visible organizations

• Persuade people to do the same
